Our syrup hydrometer come in3 to 8 brix and 45 to 75 brix for testing your syrup at the finished stage. We have several style and sizes of thermometers for testing the temperature of your syrup in your boiling pans. We also have refractometers for more precise testing of you sap and your syrup. Our candy thermometers work very well when boiling the syrup on your stove or other small pot and will precisely tell your when your candy or syrup is ready to make or bottle.
